Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I'm unsure if theres built in function to bongos, that allows actionbars to fadeaway, and reapear when the mouse hovers over it. If not, can anyone tell me of any actionbar addon that has this fucntion? (: Thanks in advance.
