auctioneer and supporting addons ISSUE!!

I haven't been able to find a download for auctioneer,ehntooltip,stubby,enchantrix,informant . that either works or im messing up installing it, but seeing how i have a lot of other addons that work perfectly i don't see me messing it up unless there something special i have to do that i am miss. HELP please! either with information on how to get it to work or a download for one that works for sure.
