[AddOn] modified WIM that ignores <lvl10 whispers

A modified WIM to deal with Kronos' lvl 1 goldspam whisper problem. Whispers from players below lvl 10 are ignored if they are not in your guild or friendlist or you've whispered them in the current session.

Also fixed some other issues with character info not always being displayed.
