X-perl unit frames

Hello, i got the X-perl version 1.9.6, however there is no option to display elite/rare graphic around the portraits like you can in newer versions.
I'm wondering if anyone has a version that's capable of doing that, that works here? Or is it impossible to do?

If nobody has anything, when I get home I will attempt to add this feature or replace the text with textures. Ill let you know.

I also realized there is no "your turn to loot" icon on the player's frame (it is only on party member's frame)
