Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hello everyone, I'm currently using Tectonic Attack Power to show my AP in a small box. Every time I log in, I have to use "/moveattack" to lock the box. I was curious to know if there's any way I can edit the addon so every time I log in, the box is locked by default.
