Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hi,
been leveling on this server for quite a while now, recently discovered that ECB is a important thing. When I decided to download some addons i couldnt find the addons button in character screen, any tips on what could have happened?

1. Place the addons in the: World of Warcraft\Interface\Addons folder.
2. Restart WoW
3. You should now see an addon button.

If you do not see an addon button, you have placed your files into the addon folder incorrectly.
