"Dependency Missing" for Auctioneer Addon

I've tried downloading Auctioneer multiple times, every time I download it, and put it into the addons folder, it shows up Red on the addons menu on the character screen and says "missing dependency" it doesnt give any additional information to fix this problem. Anyone run into this issue?

Open the .toc file in the addon folder and check what files it's trying to load. Most likely it's Ace 2 or something. If that's the case, just download Ace 2 and put it in the normal addons folder.

Auctioneer requires: EnhTooltip and Stubby.
No Ace2 required. Just those two.

Thank you sir, it is working well after I put these 2 additional addons in.
