Character missing on account

Hello support.

I experienced one of my characters being deleted the other day. The character is named "Mofoo" (level 60 warrior, alliance). I was logged in on another character and when I did a relog and came to my characterlist that one was missing. There are no one with access to my account and I was only offline for 30 seconds.
I hope you can help me, so that my time spent on that character wasn't wasted.

Unfortunately, we cannot assist you with this matter as we do not recover deleted characters. Please ensure that your account is sufficiently protected and that no one other than yourself has access to it.

The account isn't shared with anyone and I am 100% sure it wasn't a hacker attack. It looked alot like a game bug and that was why I thought you could be at help.

Oh well that is kinda unfortunate, but if there is nothing you can do then so be it.
