Banned for "Bot" ?

What does this even mean? Do you not prove not to be a bot upon registration?

For some reason my accounts were banned with the reason being "Bot".

I can honestly say I have not used any third party software, or locked out my account etc, the only reason I can think of is being inactive, but I can't see how I'd get banned for being inactive for 2 - 3 months, because that would be ridiculous. According to the text the ban lasts until April 2015, it's August though and still banned.

If there is a legit reason for it to be banned for seemingly being a bot I would appreciate admin explaining why, I have not broken any ToS that I'm aware of.

I have sent an email, no response yet, if a staff member could assist, I would appreciate it as I'd like to play my part for the PvE realm tomorrow.

Still no reply on this? I guess my vote didn't need to be counted for the PvE realm then. Also, should this "ban for reasons beyond reason" be decided to remain intact, please elaborate as to why, I'm seeing posts everywhere where you people simply say it's to remain intact with absolutely no justifiable reason for what happened when causing the ban, at least not in most cases.

Do you know how ridiculous this sounds? You are telling people to make new accounts and follow the rules without even explaining which rule has been broken in the first place, I mean wtf?

I have looked at your reply and confirmed that it does in no way explain why I have been banned. Please feel free to explain which rules I failed at following.

Yeah I won't be making a new account, and you won't feel the loss of this one player either, but no matter how well things are going for you guys right now, carry on this way and it will undeniably come back to bite you in the ass, and you deserve no less.

I will not be making another account to support this server with the likelihood of it getting banned again with absolutely no justification whatsoever. You don't even care to explain to player's like us what we did wrong before getting booted and still expect us to support you? You are not entitled to that, and I'd much rather secure my playtime on a server where staff earns the support on their players, even if it's population fails in comparison. Goodbye.

We have confirmed the violation and the respective account will remain permanently banned for Botting as we have a zero tolerance against infractions such as these. We do not release technical data to the public to prevent users from using the information for illicit purposes.
