"Unable to Connect"

Hey there,

I recently changed my password using the in-game feature and I'm now unable to login to the client. I receive the "Unable to Connect" message and after several tries I receive the 15 minute ban for too many incorrect attempts. Logging onto the server's website using my new password works perfectly. Is there anything you can do to get me online? Is this a common problem?

You get the 'Unable to Connect' message after you type in an incorrect password and try to login, maybe you aren't typing it correctly?

I'm 100% sure that I'm typing my password in correctly, it works fine on the website

I'm having the exact same problem, but haven't changed my password. Getting "Unable to Connect", and now sitting in the temporary ban pool.

I guess I'm just going to have to wait the 10 days and do a email password reset? The fact that I can't get a staff post on the subject is kind of disheartening

This issue was fixed by petitioning a GM in-game. Just explain the situation in almost the exact same words and they'll make everything better. Cheers to the staff for getting me back online!
