Account compromised [hacked?]

Hai there,

today I've tried to login into game and it says that I'm unable to connect, after another failed attempt to login on Nostalrius page with my accName/pass I'm pretty sure that someone else got my account. If there is any chance of correcting this i would appreciate it. Someone with that power please PM me.

They wont help you, I've been trying to get help for weeks now they just ignore.

Unfortunately, we cannot assist you with this as we do not recover lost and/or hacked accounts. The password reset feature were designed to recover accounts whose owner had forgotten the password and becomes available when the account has been offline for 10 consecutive days. Note that we do not ban accounts for an certain duration to make this feature available. Please ensure that your accounts are sufficiently protected in the future and that no other person other than yourself has access to it by:

• Never sharing your account information;
  
• Having a unique and complicated password that does not exceed 16 characters;
  
• Connecting yourself from a secure computer and network;
  
• Never downloading unsafe files that might contain viruses/malware.
