For some reason it says i bought gold or something but that never happened. can i get help by a GM this is completely false

However, we do close accounts which are confirmed to be compromised, is this something that you would like us to do? Please ensure that your accounts are sufficiently protected in the future and that no other person other than yourself has access to it by:

• Never sharing your account information;
  
• Having a unique and complicated password that does not exceed 16 characters;
  
• Connecting yourself from a secure computer and network;
  
• Never downloading unsafe files that might contain viruses/malware.
