ACCOUNT HAS BEEN CLOSED

Hello everyone. I have a trouble with my account. The problem is that my account was hacked about 2 months ago (around 5-10th July). I couldn't log in my e-mail and WOW account as well. Later on I managed to return my e-mail but still couldn't get my WOW account back. After all these days the function of resetting the password finally worked and I logged in today. Played for about 5 minutes, then I made a break and then I just couldn't log in again. First there were messages "Unable to connect", and after I tried to change pass/log in again/check the e-mail, now I have the message "This account has been closed...". What happened?

You say that your account was hacked, but you never cared to contact the support team - and for 2 months even?
If you didn't, this sound a bit too fishy and you're just accusing a hacker as a scapegoat for whatever you did.
- Don't take it offensively if it sounds so.

I did make a request for returning my acc, but they said that there was no way to return it unless I reset it with that password reset form. That's why I was trying all these days to reset and today was the successfull day.

Ah okay, if you do, you can use that as evidence of the account having been hacked and that you tried to retrieve it both by using the reset password form and by asking the staff directly.
It could also be that the account might just have been closed due to accessing points on multiple different IPs and that you just have to prove it's your account eg. by original email used to signup.

Your account has never been banned. You may be getting temporarily IP banned from too many unsuccessful login attempts. We encourage you to try really hard to remember your password, otherwise you will have to wait 10 days to reset the password again.
