Hey, When i log in today it said my account was banned, and then i looked into it on the website.. It sais my account has been banned untill August 26:th 23:35. I logged in today at August 27:th and i my account is still banned.

Char name is Frazze.

botting? more like slacking and not participating.

I admit that i was AFK in Alterac Valley, the AV took so long so i decided to streak some tv series on my second screen, so technicaly i wasnt even AFK, while inside AV.
and im fully aware of your Terms of Use and i checked that before deciding to do this.

A - Warning: For minor infringements. A warning is first given to inform a player about the rules and warn him about future sanctions. Warnings remain in the players record.

Spam;
AFK in BG's;
Extensive killing of important quest NPCs;
Player harassment;
Racist or offensive sentiments;
Using color changing scripts in-game;
Abuse of assistance system (forum or in-game);
Lack of respect towards the server or the staff members.

A; AFK in BG's should first give a warning to the player and i cant remember recieving a warning from an admin.
B; AFK in BG's should not give you an instant PERM ban.

Ive spent way to much time on this game to risk getting a perm ban and i read your Terms of Use several times on what is granted a perm bann or just suspensions etc...

I realy hope you will make this right, becouse im a true fan of vanilla WOW gaming and this server was something ive been looking for since i stopped playing retail.

And ofcourse, Slacking and not attending in BG's will never happen again.

The infraction was thoroughly investigated and as consequence, the account was closed and will remain closed in accordance to our zero-tolerance policy regarding botting.

E - Permanent ban.: Most serious sanction. Permanent bans are rare but definitive. This sanction is applied in case of multiple violations of the rules, or after multiple account interruption, as well as any of the following:

Examples:

• Hacking;
• Using any botting program;
• Abuse of major in-game bugs;
• Possession of any item(s) obtained with illegal methods;
• Any client modification (libraries, executables, MPQ, etc.);
• Revealing the identity of a Nostalrius Begins staff member;
• Advertising for other private servers or gold selling websites;
• Selling/Buying accounts, gold, items or any ingame services with real money;
• Publishing a software, methods or articles on cheating which can be applied on the server.
