Account banned question?

My account has been banned for using anti-afk script, witch i made .
Does this count as permanent ban or it qualifies as warning?

Blizzard was never cruel like this for afk-ing,
all you might get was a warning back in the day.
Racism gets you warning, afk-ing gets you banned. Nice set of rules :S

I will continue to play on this realm but this time i wont be as helpful
and caring as you know i was to community.

Well, Blizzard had always $$$ in their mind. Nostalrius only has the satisfaction of legit players in their mind. Therefore they ban everybody right away because they dont need and want to bother with cheaters to have success with their way of handling. In the contrary: Letting cheaters stay in the game is an incentive for legit players to abandon the server and go to Kronos or other projects.

Like i said i know what i did and I'm not trying to deny it.
Simple warning would set me on a right way rather banning me for a 6 weeks of legit game play.
(i used the script when i had to afk last two days of AV weekend) .

0 tolerance for case like this compared to other abuse is just to harsh in my opinion.
Oh well like i said to the GM, i was surprised how well surveillance is working on this realm.
