My account was banned went afk in av to use the restroom........can I be unbanned please.

hm just logged into the home site and doesn't say anything about my account being banned. When i go to login it says my account has been closed, any help?

so it doesn't say i'm banned my ip isn't banned tested w another account and deleted the folders that were recommended for deletion for this problem. Any other ideas?

The the account associated with the character Rakete has been permanently banned for botting. We have a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to any automated control of the game, or any feature or component thereof. Accounts that are caught infringing on this policy will be closed and will remain permanently inaccessible.
