Account banned.

Hello.

I've started to play yesterday (moved from WoW-Valkyrie).
Everything was quite fine in that gaming session.
However, today when I've tried to login I was instantly disconnected from game.
I've checked site's main page and was informed that my account was banned.

I would like to know reason of ban and if I was banned by some accident, could you please unban me?
