Account ban

hello,

my account is banned since yesterday for forbidden gold transaction and i want to have if possible some detail about this

I bought a robe for my mage (35g) by neutral auction house, and gave 40g to a guildie maybe its for that ? Its the only trade i made on my account and I never sold gold or bought or anything...

My character is "Katarsis"

Basically they feel they have caught you buying or selling gold and now you are permanently banned (hence a ban date that has already happened.) It is very very unlikely you will get unbanned. Start a new character and account.
