Nostalrius website not accepting credentials

Hey! Seem to be having an issue with the account password retrieval on the website! I actually KNOW my password. The issue I am having is that it is not accepting my account name/email combination.

If you take a look at my Nostalrius website information, you should be able to see that my credentials match except for perhaps a difference in @domain.### names because I use both Yahoo and Gmail. However the name will be the same. I know my login for the forum, I know my login for the website. I can log into the game just fine and play my characters no problem. But for the life of me, I cannot figure out why the website is not recognizing my credentials when trying to password reset.

Let me know what you find out, what the issue may be, any additional information you may need from me! Thanks.

Update: I have cycled through my emails that I use commonly and have discovered what I believe to be the correct one being used, because instead of giving me the error that no account is associated with this email, I get a message that "Whoops! There were some problems with your input. You need to fill the form with valid email / username." Which I am able to do. It's autofills for me, and I know the information, can verify in PM with a moderator/admin if needed. Now, if I have really discovered the correct email, why is it not allowing me to query for a password reset?

Update 2: "This account has been used recently. You can't reset the password now.Remember that you are responsible for your account security, and as stated in our Terms of Use, we do not reset passwords for hacked accounts." The new message I've received after picking pictures of bananas, cupcakes, trucks, and RV's for 15 minutes. I understand that, since I just logged off the account 5 minutes ago. Was on a level 1 Warrior with a ticket in. This is so confusing.

In order to reset your password, your account has to be 10 days offline.
Can you provide a character name on your account for a small investigation.
