I would like the administration to review the ban of our officer Ataman and consider his statements on this situation. I am playing with him for over 2 years already and during that time period he has never been breaking the rules of the servers we played on. I am completely sure that the current situation is a misunderstanding as well.
I would like to ask you not to let this problem develop randomly, without any concrete plan. It would be only fair enough to investigate intensively because Ataman is an important part of our community as well as a valuable and experienced player who is not only known by the members of KGB but also by people from the leading guilds of this server.
All together we are following this problem and are hoping for its swift and positive solution.

Hello everyone

I have been playing with Ataman for over 2 years now. We started off together on another server and he has proven himself as a dedicated, skilled and experienced player and officer who knows and respects the rules of the servers he was playing on. I am sure that the current ban is a mistake caused by the automatic systems installed on Nostalrius and that the thing that has been registered as "GoldTrafficking" is a simple gold exchange between him and other players. He would never buy or sell gold or do anything forbidden knowing what consequences it would bring.
Please investigate well on this case and unban him as soon as possible.

Ataman is a good player and a dedicated officer of our guild and I am playing for over 2 years with him now. In the time I played with him he never did anything against server rules and respected those. The current ban must be a mistake. We need Ataman back for BWL progression and further. Unban him as soon as possible please.

I cant vouch for the guy here to not have done anything wrong and not broken any rule, but I doubt that he did it. Even though we play in seperate guilds and I dont know him as good as most others here, he always seemed like a decent guy.
My post here isnt about assuring you that he doesnt deserve a ban but Im concerned with the "russian roulette" going on here. The bans lack transparent proof and most of all communication! Why arent the sources that lead to bans shown to the players? Why is there no "higher court" where you can let an unclear issue be viewed a second time by DIFFERENT people? There is a lot to improve in this area and its never late to start changing things .

We are banned at precise the same time for same reason. And I have no clue either.

You are allrdy unbanned, and Ataman's case still not reinvestigated....
More than 100 ppl are waiting for result and we all hope for unban.

Dear Admins, we need that dude! he is a main part of our community! I belive that this is a mistake, Ataman is a clever cow, he couldnt sell or buy gold or w\e that 'ban reason' means...
