Cannot login in game

Hi,

Today I tried to login but I got a message saying unable to connect. I'm pretty sure that I type my password correctly because I've been using the same password since the first day. However I know the server is online because my friend can login just fine so I'm guessing that's just a way for the server to tell me my password is wrong.

The strange thing is that my friend in guild says my character was online 22 hours ago but I know I myself haven't been logging in for two days. I thought someone just hacked my account. So I'm here to write to seek for help to retrieve my password.

My character name is Nmzllol, a lvl 38 dwarf hunt and it's the only char under this account.
