You don't need to be a hacker to ask:" What's your IP adress" so you can easily have anothers IP
If you asking how to get the IP for yourself, you could check the connection of an router over the webinterface, or simply make a TS call and check the connection logs which are provided from every TS Server.
And I'm not a hacker, just working as Sys-admin.

I won't say that these guys should get banned or unbanned.
I'm just try to help with the question why GMs won't help. Trying to give another perspective with a little technical background

Ataman was banned for gold transaction as well, but now he is unbanned because admins thought he sold his account because of country-ip change, lol (how is this even connected to gold transactions stated at the first time).
Without further investigation, and attempts to contact higher-gm's, he might be just banned forever. So if player is banned for something, and he doesn't know how to contact administration for detailed investigation, he might lost his character forever ... for nothing.
Thus in current state of banwaves we might assume that all banned players are suspected of forbidden activities, and should not be convicted before detailed investigation.
Back to topic: BWL progress raid is on sunday, and we badly need our shaman agent back.
