Account has been locked?

Hello, i tried logging into my account today and it said "account has been locked" is this a bug? i logged into the website and it doesn't say anything about ban there... Ive not broke any rules and 2 of my friends have the same "bug" could you please look into it and if i am banned tell me the reason?? Ive been playing on the account for months and geared it up..
