We were following the rulez there wasnt a rule that was forbidding doing it, bug free 100% fixed we are expecting everything to be working as it should be working i dont think you should just go out and throw bans becouse people spends days working their assen in the computer for imaginary money. I dont think there is more to say you probabbly all read the topics that were posted by players nd specially myself.

For over 6 months people were farming those nodes even you didnt know it was bugged how do you expect the casual players know that the nodes are bugged? that just nonsense.

Hello I am in the guild with "Jwl" his alt and main character and I know that he didnt log his alt every 45minutes 24hours a day for months on an industrial scale to abuse an "exploit". I believe it was an honest mistake. I think a permanent ban is a bit over the top.. for example he only got his level 40 mount on 2015-08-28 at around level 50ish you can see on realmplayers, If he was really abusing this bug he would be loaded. What im trying to say is he's only been lvl 60 for less than 3 weeks not enough time to abuse this "exploit" on a massive scale, I don't think he intentionally knew he was exploiting anyway, I could see whenever he was online in our guild and it wasnt a lot it was as much as a casual player. He doesnt even have an epic mount on either his alt or main char, made so much money he's ruined the economy that he doesnt even have an epic mount, it just doesnt add up.

Please could you look again at the evidence submitted for this perma ban, I know he was mining that day when the bans came in but if the nodes respawn every 45minutes would it be ok if he just mined them every 1hr 03minutes or what? or not mine the nodes at all? Im a miner and I was under the impression that it was legit if it spawns every 45mintues just like the gurubashi chest spawns every 3hrs sounds pretty normal to me and not an exploit. The official position is that it was a major exploit and maybe some players were logging in every 45minutes on the dot for months but with Jwl I don't think he was one of those players. Whether or not its an exploit isnt so black and white but I don't believe he was one of them ! Thanks.
