Account closed or unable to connect

Getting message "account closed" after trying few times to log in.
Or I get unable to connect after other normal logging message.

Plus I don't have any ban message when I log on my account.

I got dc after a server rollback and now stucked like that.

Character name "Pooya" on horde.
