We would like to be more friendly, but between the number of ingame tickets and the number of forum posts that we have to deal daily, we do not have time to write something else.
We will give as an official answer to players, the minimum information that an answer will require and that is all.
I hope I answered yours and maybe other people who were thinking the same.
