I was not taking it in circles; I was just making you're aware that you need to get YOUR facts straight before telling me to do the same.
The level of whining about bans on the forums is at an all time industrial level.

That still doesn't explain as to why I am banned I haven't hacked the game in any way. I'm an average player not even level 60 yet. I get on when I have free time. Now my account is Permabanned out of no where?

Other players can't offer you explanations to why you were banned, gm's will either confirm the ban or revoke it. So there's really no need to continue agonizing any further, just sit tight and wait for the judgement call.
