Got back hacked account, now banned

Hi! First off I'm sorry if I make double threads, I'm just not quite certain it got posted...

Well I got hacked a few months back and since then been trying to reset password. I finally succeeded but when I tried to log in it said the account was banned.

I logged in to the website and after many times of refreshing the message about the ban appeared. (As this is the second thread I don't have the ban message because it does not appear ftm at the website.) It basically stated it had been banned for some kind of transaction on 16th september.

Now I hope to the titans of the Warcraft universe that you can either lift the ban or simply make it temporary ban. Considering it had been banned while it was hacked.

Account sanctions will persist regardless if the violations originated from a third-party individual, as it's up to the account owner to ensure that their account is sufficiently protected which is stated here.
