Sadly account security is down to the individual player - You could attempt a password reset by the website and gain access back.

bleachy, but I can't restore my password because that person is using my account all the time and he put my new character in the black list, I'm crying, spent 3 monthes of full day playing to get all the things I played for and now I just got hacked or what. u can't imagine what I'm feeling.

Sorry to hear that mate - I can understand it is very distressing but there is no way they will be able to "give" the account back to you - I am afraid its lost.

The only thing I can suggest is to start again - But before you do that do a full system scan and do not share your login details with anyone (Not saying that you did)
