My ingame nick is Xeiro and I am here to apologize. I have recently dinged lvl 60 hunter after several weeks of hard exping and I finally started enjoying the end game content. Unfortunately I was stupid enough to install and use fishing bot today that got me banned.

No reason to try to hide anything now. It was very stupid move on my side not to count 1+1 together as I really did not figuret out that fishing bot would get me banned

I am here to sincerely apologize for this mistake and kindly ask administrators if it would be possible to retrieve access to my account at some point. My attempt to ease farming on my side was really stupid. I see that now and I regret it.
I agree that there must be some kind of a punishment but must it be permanent ban? Could you close your eyes on me now and let me go with 1-2-3 week ban instead of a permanent ban please? I would really appreciate that as 11 days /played is a lot of effort and I regret my actions and I would like to ask you for a second chance.

I hope that there still is a chance to redeem myself and get this second chance.

I want to appeal to above quotation with simple request for a second chance. It was fist time I used this and I did so more out of a curiosity. However its does not apology such a stupid thing indeed. But I still think hope there is a chance to get a second chance, hence I will wait for an admins feedback.

Yes there is a list of offenses that you will have second or possibly third chances on. That's what it's saying when it's saying multiple violations of the rules. The part your leaving out is the "as well as any of the following:"
The list below that part of the ToU is a list of zero tolerance offenses, or, in other words offenses that will result in a ban after the first infraction. The list is as follows.

"Examples:

Scamming.
COD Scamming;
Hacking;
Using any botting program;
Abuse of major in-game bugs;
Possession of any item(s) obtained with illegal methods;
Any client modification (libraries, executables, MPQ, etc.);
Revealing the identity of a Nostalrius Begins staff member;
Advertising for other private servers or gold selling websites;
Selling/Buying playername;
Exchanging accounts, gold, items, or any ingame services for another game's features;
Selling/Buying accounts, gold, items, or any ingame services with real money;
Publishing a software, methods or articles on cheating which can be applied on the server."

As everyone said above and stated in Terms of Use, we have zero tolerance about this kind of things.
This is a permanent ban and will not be lifted.
