Please do pay attention to the ToU. I've seen guys trying to say that his version of a casino is legit as well, but since I read the ToU I know that he is wrong, and was expecting him to get banned along with anyone who played his game.

Well he said it was casino, but the reason the GM gave was scamming. And held it after review, so OP probably just tried to cover his scam with another excuse

Its where someone will offer you to roll in a group with them - Usually:
You give that person say 5 gold and then if you roll between 1 and 59 you lose and that person keeps your gold
If you roll between 60 and 98 you double your gold and the person pays you your 5 gold back and then another 5 gold on top as you won.
If you roll 99 or 100 you triple your win so you get your 5 gold back plus another 10 gold as you rolled 99 or 100.
The problem is the odds are stacked very high against you and are in favour of the casino - But there are times when people roll high and the casino person being a total douche either does not pay the person and keeps thier stake or just logs off without paying - Thus scamming them out of thier gold.
They had to cancel the casinos as you will also have players that bet 5 gold and roll between 1-59 and lose - However they are upset they have lost and then accuse the casino of scamming them - So in essence they are being a douche.
The Admins would not have the time to look into every case that would arise from the above and the simpler way is to make casinos a no go area.
