BANNED by mistake: Wildjo

Greetings, sorry for posting this thread again but I want to explain everything.
My ingame name “Wildjo” – recently I learned that a lot of players farming gold in DM east. As well, as all the other players, I killed NON-elite packs of mobs and loot everything for selling it to vendor for gold. Some time’s I got dropped boxes (with loot) from this mobs, but I can’t open it coz I don’t have any alts rogues with lock piking and so I asked for help in my friends with this boxes. One guy responded to my request - that was “Yagodka”. All the boxes I sent to him by mail do not lose time for flights.
28.09 around ~16:00 ST I cleared DM east with my friends “Heyyou” “Shamwic” and was teleported on GM Island where I saw priest named “Fleashheal” (hes main is “Yagodka”) where on my eyes he was permanently banned. After that GM’s eyes fell on me and he asked me do I knew this guy “Yagodka” aka “Fleshheal”. Because of my poor English, and the game panic the first answer which came to my mind was – “ I don’t know”. But it was that guy who I sent the boxes from DM by mail for opening. Complete mess was in my head and my English is very poor so I could not justify myself during short time and ofc I got banned for ‘hack-helping’ with “Yagodka”.
The only reason why I'm telling you all this is that I am (“Wildjo”) not guilty in this situation. Im only wanted to open this boxes that’s all.
I hope for your logic and fair judgment in this situation.
