If they're taking this long to investigate they're probably giving you a good look.

I will say if at any point of the day you even went afk for 20 min to smoke a cigarette and someone kept multi boxing u guys, there is likely enough evidence to warrant a ban, they don't fuck around with multi boxing.

Especially when it takes so much time to investigate multiboxing they dont like wasting time
