After i hited level 60 on my warrior back then i had some disconnects and i suposed to be a tentative of someone to get my account and i tryied to do the reset password in game vie .account password and it didn't seem to work.and i asked a friend to help me reset the password and this " friend" seem to hijack the account. i quited wow and now i want to play again and i want to know what really happened. i know it was my mistake to trust someone with my password but... help?

Hey, sorry but you are responsible for your account security. From the looks of it the person who played your account bought or sold gold and even admitted it. Whether or not it was you doesn't matter, the character is banned forever..

According to Terms of Use, we will not unlock your account. If you sold/bought gold or you gave you account information to someone else, these action are against the rules for this server which they have the ultimate penalty.

Account will remain banned and feel free to create a new account and respect our rules.
Also account will not be deleted or name freed for you to use it.
