Account closed? Can't login

I have been playing for a couple weeks without issues logging in.

My main champ is a rouge named Gimbel

As of last night after a server crash I can't login and I'm getting the following errors.
"Unable to Connect"
or
Account closed go to www.wow-europe.com ect ect

If I try to login at the Nostalrius site it says.
"Bad credentials"
if I attempt to change password it says the account has been recently used and can't be changed.

deleted wbd and wtf folders troubleshooting. I'm assuming this is account related server side.

I believe this might be the auto-lockout that happens after several login fails. I think the lockout lasts for 15 minutes so try again later

I thought that could be the case but I haven't been able to gain access for well over 24hrs now.

I'm an idiot I guess.. I've been typing in the wrong password, swore it was a digit longer...

A message about wrong password or quicker reset procedure would be nice.

So you realise it was your fault all along and take a passing swipe that it should be made clearer that YOU cant remember YOUR password...
