My Account Got Banned

Hello, Game Masters!

My character name is Hellmonok and the reason I was banned was because I was cheating. Hear me out, I like to test server strength and see if they can block my hack tool, which they have obviously done. You guys have a great system; that's a good job on your part. However, the ban says my account was canceled until October 3rd, 2015 to the time of 20:48:25 PM. I ask politely if you may release my account from the ban. I realize the consequences of my actions and I promise never to do such a thing again.

We take very seriously this kind of things and cheating or using any kind of third party tools to get advantages in-game will be punished with a permanent ban.
