Instant banned on login.

Description: logged in after the "maintenance" and honor update checked my honor to see if i ranked considering i was 44% in rank before and farmed 18 000 honor this week at lvl 48 hoping i would rank to rank 5 or so, only to notice that i had 340 honorkills, my real number was around 600.

Last week honor: 1800
Last week hk's "0" ??
Total hks "340" i had 560-650 hks cant remember the exact number.(i had more then 340 arouynd lvl 35.. wtf)

i opened the chat window and typed /2 to get my question out to everyone typed in "anyone else had their honor bugged after upate ?" hit enter, and instant disconnected. I tried to relog but got the message "this account is banned and nolonger in use please visist *******************.

then im met with the message
You are banned until October 7th 2015 12:47:58 PM for the following reason: "ChatSpam".

I have not spammed chat earlier, i keep to myself and talk on skype and in partychat with the few ppl that i play with. i have an earlier ban on another account wich viper is aware of. this is my fresh start without any rulebreaking and then i get what i assume is a false positive on your anticheat after your restart! please assist with this as fast as possible as id like to get to lvl 51 before Alterac Valley Weekend starts.

Btw, is this a perm ban for ur false positive ?

Unfortunately, there was a minor issue after the server restart which has since been fixed and all affected accounts has been unbanned.

Everyone just got banned for "chatspam" if they were online i'm sure they'll fix it in a few mins

I would just like to chime in and say that I've been similarly banned following a log-in after the server reset.

In-game my name is Dungul and following the server reset I found myself back in the instance without the mobs resetting, so I wanted to express my joy in the party chat by saying sweeeeet!, but I was instantly hit with a ban afterwards.

The account page for my account notes the following:You are banned until October 7th 2015 12:48:06 PM for the following reason: "ChatSpam".

I hope this mistake can be fixed quickly, but otherwise I am more concerned about the long term effects on my account as I generally act civil in the game
