Banned for no reason

my acc has been banned and in my account info is this msg

You are banned until October 7th 2015 12:48:58 PM for the following reason: "ChatSpam".

Im pretty sure that it is a mistake, since most of my comunication go via TS. I have little reason to use chat, not to mention spam. I would be grateful for investigation in this matter. Thank you.

Unfortunately, there was a minor issue after the server restart which has since been fixed and all affected accounts has been unbanned.
