Tried logging on to wow on 6/10/15 and I was getting the message "Unable to connect" as we do sometimes so I thought the server was down so I waited and tried again several minutes later and kept getting the same message after about 1 hour I deleted my WDB and WTF folders then i got the message "This world of warcraft account has been closed and is no longer available for use." Then i tried to log in on the website and got the message "bad credentials" Could you please help me solve this problem. My characters name is "Tibben" (undead priest lvl 60) if it helps.

The account associated with character tibben has never been banned. Please use the sticky threads for a solution, also you can reset your account password.

I've followed all the steps that apply to me and I have even reinstalled the game and I am still getting the same message.

But the other day when I first got the message I tried my second account and that one worked so that's why I thought it would be an account ban then after trying my 1st account again several times I tried my second account again and it wouldn't work also. So I created a third account and that doesn't work either.

I have just tried resetting my password through the website and I got this message

"This account has been used recently. You can't reset the password now.Remember that you are responsible for your account security, and as stated in our Terms of Use, we do not reset passwords for hacked accounts."

But I don't understand, why would it be an issue if the account has recently been used, anyway whats the reason for me not being able to reset my password? and i know that my account has not been deleted because my guildmates told me that my character is still in the guild.

The password reset works only after you haven't logged in for 10 days on your game account.
