There is no real answer given yet. I would like them to check into it. Cause ofcourse they might have had allot of ban appeals saying 'I did not do anything' But some people honestly didnt do anything wrong. And I am here to say that I did not do anything wrong.

You admitted to not being online while the ban occurred, which means you either shared your account or it became compromised, both cases mean perma ban.
