Account should be unbanned by now *may be dumb question*

Hi, my account said i got temp banned until Oct 7 at 14:00.
Accounting from CST to GMT, I should be unbanned, but I can't login. Is this normal? do I need to go through an extensive 3 week anti-hacking seminar (because I will if i have to)? Who do I contact if it does not remedy itself? The DoD? If not, who? WHO?!

as far as I know, that is the time is was permanently banned. Not the time it will be unbanned.

This does appear to be a permanent ban, the account will not be unlocked they are just fuzzy on the word "until".
