Ban reason of 2 characters?

Hello revered GMs!

A buddy have requested to know his ban reason, as there wasn't a message displayed when he logged onto the main website portal.

The 2 characters are:
bluefish
onebag

He's not sure what he did wrong so he'd like to ask a GM here to find out the ban reason.

So you most probably answered the question yourself: he didn't read the rules and therefore multiboxed, bought gold or cheated.
