[Resolved] Hello my account is close for uknown reson !!
i was playing like 15 min ago and i get logd out and i cantt log in and i ttry tto reset my password and i cant cuz it cant find my email or whatt ever ! my shaman is orc hord lvl 56 resto spec name Shakshakshak !! can you pls resett my password or somethting so i can play again ? i dontt understtand whats going on

The account associated with character Shakshakshak is currently not banned. There's a security measure that temporarily IP ban users who consistently attempts to login with incorrect credentials. The duration varies depending on how many attempts occurred and increases on further failures. Users may recover their lost password by going here. This feature was designed to recover accounts whose owner forgot the login credentials and becomes available when the account has been offline for 10 consecutive days. Please note that we do not manually trigger a password reset.
