[Resolved] cant log in

Dear gm,
My major character Clyemne,female warrior. account ********** cant log in,it says connect failed ,but my other account such as this one *********** is ok. I don't know if my major account is been closed. Because now i'm a graduate student for my master degree in another city in china with different IP. I logged with IP in Xinxiang or Jiaozuo, Henan province of China about 2-3 months ago,and i played a lot in April May and June this year with my major account ,since i'm the pvp leader of Chinese, my character human female warrior Clyemne R10. Later I'm afk for my master degree application, and thx god , i got it . Now I'm in the new university and a new city from my hometown.So i m log in with different IP obviously . I don't know if it is because this case that i cant log in my major account. Many Chinese guild leader and plenty Chinese players can prove this, i promise this is true , and this is the first time i met the account problem .So i need help for this,I love wow esp i love this server and the environment here, please help me . thanks a lot!

The account associated with character Ohanaa is currently not banned. There's a security measure that temporarily IP ban users who consistently attempts to login with incorrect credentials. The duration varies depending on how many attempts occurred and increases on further failures. Users may recover their lost password by going here. This feature was designed to recover accounts whose owner forgot the login credentials and becomes available when the account has been offline for 10 consecutive days.
