[Denied] Banned

I was banned a week ago for buying gold. I am not saying I did not do it because I really did. I was hard up for gold for my mount and I bought gold. I am sorry and I have learned from my mistakes because I really love playing on this server and I don't want to do anything to be banned from it. The character I bought gold on was (Murkhart). The ban was supposed to last until 10-7-2015, but it is now 10-13-2015 and I still cannot log onto my account. Can someone please help me out? I posted a topic earlier but I did not include my characters name.

The time given is when the permanent ban went into effect. Buying gold is always a permanent ban, and the gms won't reverse it. Good job admitting it though. That's always nice to see.
