Account Ban Review

Hello, I was fishing on my character Drakenfeld and was disconnected. When I tried to log in, I received a message that I was banned. The account home page here indicates that the ban was for "Bot". Could you please review this? I was not contacted in-game by anyone. I have been using the new addon SpamThrottle and it has been giving me trouble with my chat windows--I hope I didn't miss a GM asking questions and receive a summary ban.

There is a conflict between SpamThrottle and Prat, two chat-related addons. If you were having trouble with chat windows, it could due to this conflict if you were using both. However, since GMs would whisper you directly, it's unlikely that you would have missed it due to that.
