Account got stolen and don't have access to e-mail.
The new "owner" of the account just ignore my whisper about account.
Is there a way to just shut it down instead of looking at a scrub playing my old account?
Checking IP will reveal he switched it? or ban it for sharing?

The new password reset feature will enable you gain control of your account again.

If you do not know the password then I am sorry to say there is nothing the GM's can do.

They won't shut it down unless you can actually prove it was your account. Not knowing the password or email is not a good start.

A new IP address proves nothing. I am afraid you need to come up with something better.

For example: Accurate account name, registered email address, name of characters on account and all other details - and mail this to the GMs (do not write this here!)
