Did I just lose my account?

Hi there,

I made a new account last night and played for 5-6 hours. Then I logged on this morning and it says unable to connect. I came on here to check the forum and one of the devs says "please create a new account".

Did I just lose my account or is there something I can do to get it back? I have my character name from Vanilla that I love on that account and now I can't have that name anymore.. I don't understand why we wouldn't be able to get the account back since it clearly still exists?

Sorry to be a pain, I know all this is free and it's probably a tough job but I'm just feeling seriously demotivated to play more

Same here. Started playing yesterday and now can´t login in WoW nor on the website.
Character Name is Tolkar.

Hey sorry to sound a little like a pain too but this happened to me as well , I really love the server at the moment for the few hours I played and I'm 100% sure i'm still going to play . I'd just like to know as well if there is anything you guys can do about this
