hi there, my account have been hacked near September 14th, i cant reset password for 10 days in that case.i almost give up. the day before yesterday i tried to reseted my password .it works! i reseted on the website and when i log in, it said i get permanent ban .i dont know how and why.
Can i get my account back,please?
