banned for no reason

I recently starting playing on this private server and only made it to level 6. Went to stormwind to ask what level the instance under the city was and if anyone wanted to run it. Shortly after I was disconnect and now my account says it is permanently banned but gives no explanation.

I dont understand

log onto the website with your details and it will give you a reason why.

If you can log onto the website with no issues then your account is not banned.
